If you’ve spent any time at Breck School, you probably know Joseph Noble. He is the quiet, gentle man who greets everyone he sees with a wave and his beautiful smile. Joseph works on the Building and Grounds Crew at Breck, and he is our treasure. Our school is stunning because of the work he does every single day. He shovels our walks, plows our lots, mows our lawns, rakes our leaves, plants our trees, and waters our flowers. His presence is woven throughout the Breck community in other ways too: he has crowned our Homecoming royalty, attended our plays and concerts, prayed with us in Chapel.
And now, Joseph needs our help. Joseph’s mother passed away last week, and he doesn’t have the funds to get back to his home country of Guyana (a South American country east of Venezuela). Working together, we can help Joseph, his wife, Rhonda, their 7 year old son, Jared, and their young daughter, Ranique, make the trip back home to say a final goodbye to his mother. We can also give Joseph an opportunity to introduce his two children to his father, for the first time.
Joseph does so much for us; let’s do this one thing for him. Let’s give Joseph the gift of time with his extended family.
All funds will go to travel costs/expenses for Joseph and his family.
