I love to do good work in the world -- from the sidelines.  But now I need your help.  I have a 13 year-old son to raise.  And much more good work to do!  I spent all my savings on  2 cancer surgeries and a year of chemotherapy.  I've learned that chemo brings the cancer back more aggressively in most cases.  I've also learned about the livesaving work of integrative medicine and alternative treatment.  Standard western medicine does not support it yet - at least not Kaiser!  So I've come to GoFundMe for support from donations like yours.  They will take me to a wonderful cancer treatment center just across the border from San Diego in Mexico.  They provide extensive treatment protocols that in my case will be LIFESAVING.  The picture here is after my second surgery.  My son is 13 1/2 years old now.  The little girl is my dear friend's daughter.  I'm raising my son by myself.  He needs me here in the world, and I am supposed to be here quite a while longer!
