My name is Michael Koshaba, I have terminal Stage 4 Lung Cancer that has spread to my abdomen. I recently was told I have 6 months give or take to live. The money would be used for food, to pay my bills and to help with my mortagage. I've never done anything like this before, but my financial situation is really desperate.
