Animal Rescue Van

We have been helping get dogs out of the La Junta and Rocky Ford Animal Shelters and into rescue groups for 6 years. It is our passion and we love what we do but we desperately need a vehicle to help us get the dogs from the shelters down in Southern Colorado up to the Denver metro area (about 6 hours round trip) to meet their new rescues! We are volunteers and we have been using our own vehicle each week to transport the dogs which has caused a ton of issues for our SUV. We want to keep helping get these doggies out so we are in desperate need of a van so that we can make sure all the dogs get out safely! We have a van in mind that would allow us to pick up twice as many dogs to make sure we are emptying the shelters.

Our family runs a non-profit rescue group called The Lacey Foundation and they are a 501c3 non-profit organization, and all donations are tax-deductible...they can provide receipts to anyone who donates. We are humbly asking the community to please help us purchase a vehicle that is more appropriate for what we need to do each week!
