Frank Domagala's Burial Fund

Hello, Friends and Family. With a heavy heart, I am writing to tell you about a recent tragic event that occured resulting in the death of a man whom was loved and adored as a brother, friend, and a father, Frank Domagala. Late Wednesday, early Thursday morning Frank was taken to the ER suffering from severe abdominal pains which led to the diagnosis of pancreatitis, after an ultrasound. He was given medication to alleviate his pain which dropped his blood pressure drastically, causing his heart to stop. He was revived via CPR and put on a ventilator. He was then given a second ultrasound which showed that he was bleeding internally. The ICU team and cardiologist gave Frank several transfusions, his heart could not continue to restart without a proper blood supply, He coded three times with the fourth being the last and final time. Frank passed on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 40 years young. Frank joined his mother Diane in heaven whom passed in Febraury of this year. He leaves behind; three sisters, one brother, three daughters, one son, four nieces, one nephew, a grandson and an unborn child.

The purpose for this Go Fund Me account is to raise money for a burial and the transportation to his final resting place in Mountain View Ca. to be placed next to his father who passed many years ago. No donation amount is too small, any amount given will be greatly appreciated.
