We have decided to start up a gofund me page for our Simcoe Hazen family.
Christmas is a time for happiness, joy, gifts and family. December of 2014 was not at all like that, for this family... Instead filled with sadness, fear and alot of questions...
As most of you may know Olivia at the age of 7 was diagnosed with A.L.L Leukaemia in late December 2014. With that comes many stresses, with the days ahead being full of unknowns.
Lauren needing to close her daycare, and be by Olivia's side daily, and Darryl working to keep them afloat... Many many trips have been made to the Children's hospital in Hamilton, and many more are to come.
With having only one income, we thought we could help them to defer the cost of lost wages, to help with any uncovered medical, travel expenses as well as any financial support they may need at this time.
As most of you know Darryl,Lauren,Jacob and Olivia have had their faith in Gods hands, and have had many answered prayers. They have had an amazing team of doctors and nurses who have been helping them through all these visits. We continue to pray for Olivia as she is handling everything life has thrown at her, she has got to be one of the strongest young girls I know.
