The evening of April 22, 2016, Michael Freeman gained his wings; only because God knew he was an amazing husband/father/son/uncle/son-in-law/friend…and his life span was an example of a job well done. His passing may have been tragic and may place friends/family in an unforgiving state….but for anyone who knew Michael truly knows that he would state that mostly loss is what teaches us the true worth of things. Michael passed due to a hit and run….and as HIS family/special friends, “We forgive you.”
Michael Freeman dedicated his life to help many through difficult times, and had a passion and determination to motivate our younger generation to build upon their strength when they think they can’t go on; he encouraged many to keep going anyways.
Michael was a loving husband to his wife Tasha Freeman and a father of 6 beautiful children: Natara (Tashi) (19), Sonayah (Pnut) (18), Juwan (14), Mia (14) Michael (J-Dogg) (13), and Brandon (13). Michael was very involved in helping the community. He started a non-profit organization, Sontarah Life, with a mission to building a strong community by building strong families. He touched so many lives as a motivational speaker; life coach; and youth football coach throughout the Phoenix valley.
The Freeman family would greatly appreciate any financial help to cover the funeral costs as well as help sustain Michael’s wife and kids throughout this difficult time. Thanks for all your love and support.
