I am Jeff Duer and pictured WAS my daughter, Amanda Diane, 29 year old, daughter, granddaughter, mother of two.
She was shot to the chest and killed July 2, 2016 in Laurel, Md.
The police know who the murderer is, they just can't find him. The $5,000 reward isn't generating any information on his whereabouts to get an apprehension.
I am asking for a small bit of money to be added to the current reward to bring this muderer to justice and help put some closure on this horrific nightmare

I have learned that Howard County Police are not permitted to accept any type of donations towards the reward.
Because of this the money already donated will go into an IRA type of an account for Amanda's two twin boys, Xavier and Trenton who turned nine this past week.
If you have donated and do not wish your donation to be handled like this, email me [email redacted] and I will make sure your money is returned.
Sorry for any confusion I just didn't know.
On a happy note HCPD has told me they expect to increase the reward money this week !!
