Ron's Memorial & Final Expence Fund
Donation protected
My Name is Richard Gillis,
Sadly my story is of my Brother, Ronnie Gillis and his fatal motorcycle accident September 1, 2016 in Romulus, Michigan on S.Huron River Road known to most as 5 points. We received the news Thursday afternoon that my Brother Ronnie was involved in a fatal motorcycle accident and was pernounced D.O.A. Ronnies motorcycle some how ran up a curb, then into a billboard. Ron died on impact
Ronnie was a loving father, husband, son, brother, and uncle. He was the guy who could light up a dark room, and always make you smile. He passed doing one of the many things he loved. Riding.
He was very involved in his children’s schooling, band performances, coaching and playing soccer with them. He loved riding his motorcycle and was active in the H.I.M. motorcycle ministry for Christ. Ronnie also enjoyed playing video games, softball, and bowling.
Ronnie was 49 and on disability with no life insurance. Due to the sudden passing his wife is left with funeral expences of $10,000 plus dollars.
Also, his wife, Carol Gillis will soon be forced to move out of their home because Ronnies disabilty income was vital factor in keeping their home. Carol will be without a roof over her head and is going to lose everything.
We are trying to do everything we can do to come up with all the cost of the funeral. We are having financial difficulties with this and we are reaching out for help.
Ronnie deserves to have a proper burial and any help will be greatly appreciated by his loved ones as they're going through this very hard time with the lost of a loved family member sadly taken before his time.
We greatly appreciate any help donated to help pay for his funeral expences.
Sincerely,
The Gillis Family
