Please help my mom rebuild her life after the devastating floods that hit Louisiana.
At 3 a.m. on August 13th I received a call from my mom that water had entered her home and was rising quickly. After hours of waiting and not knowing if or when someone would reach her she was able to be rescued by some local heroes. However, her vehicle, furniture and home were destroyed or damaged when over 3 feet of water enveloped her home.
Any donation no matter the amount is greatly appreciated as these events have left her and many others in my home town picking up the pieces .
