Hello,

My name is Federica Bonetti. On the 26th of March, 2016, the REGA came and helped save my life.

On the slopes of Villars, Switzerland, I had a severe allergic reaction to an unknown aliment, and was going into anaphalactic shock. Thanks to the REGA helicopter pilot & the 2 doctors onboard, I made it safely to Monthey Hospital, where I was under suveillance for 6 hours.

I've received a very expensive bill for this helicopter (CHF 3'899.80), and my stay at Monthey Hospital (CHF 472.-). I have no idea how I am going to pay for it.

 My insurance doesn't cover any of it.

I’ve been with the same medical insurance company the whole time I’ve been in Switzerland. I've applied for help with my medical bills, but was denied this service (because I was "already ill"), much to my dissapointment.

I contacted my employer’s accident insurance, but they cannot do anything either.

My bank cannot help pay for these bills neither.

I realize that this is a huge sum, and a lot to ask, but the amount of this bill is so important I just don’t know what to do. I’m not signed up for any aids or subsidies from the canton or other, and every entity I’ve asked has told me they cannot help.

If there is anything at all that you, my friends, can do to help, ANYTHING at all, it would be much much appreciated...

Sur les pistes de Villars, en Suisse, j'ai eu une grave réaction allergique à un aliment inconnu, qui m'a conduit jusqu'a une phase de choc anaphalactic avancée. Grace au pilote de l'hélicoptère REGA et les 2 médecins de bord, je suis arrivée rapidement à l'hôpital de Monthey, où je me suis retrouvée
sous suveillance pendant 6 heures.

J'ai reçu une facture très importante pour cet hélicoptère (CHF 3'899.80), plus mon séjour à l'hôpital de Monthey (CHF 472.-). Je ne sais pas comment je vais payer pour cela.

Mon assurance ne couvre rien.

Je suis avec la même compagnie d'assurance médicale depuis mon arrivée en Suisse. Ma demande de complémentaire pour couvrir les frais de transport m'avait été refusée parce que j'étais «déjà malade».

J'ai contacté l'assurance accident de mon employeur, mais ils ne peuvent rien faire.

Ma banque ne peut pas m'aider à payer ces factures non plus.

Je me retrouve seule face a cette montagne car c'est pour moi une somme énorme. Là, je me rends compte que je suis coincée, je ne sais plus quoi faire.

C'est pourquoi j'ai décidé de me tourner vers vous, car vous êtes ma dernière chance de pouvoir faire face à cette facture. J'aimerai faire partager mon histoire et pouvoir ainsi essayer de récolter des fonds pour m'aider à régler ces US$4600.

Je sais que c'est beaucoup demandé mais pourriez vous m'aider?
