We are friends and former classmates of Troy who would like to keep his memory alive. Most of us met Troy for the first time in the Fall of 2003 on the first day of our math graduate student orientation at CU Boulder. From that moment on Troy became a friend, a running coach, a life and career advisor to many of us at the CU Math Department.

Troy left us this year after a long battle with cancer. He left behind three beautiful boys and a loving wife.

We are raising money to commemorate Troy’s life with a memorial pic-nic table that will have his name engraved and installed outside of the CU Mathematics department court yard. Any additional collected via this fundraiser will be donated to CU Mathematics department in Troy’s name.
