Help Bring Ollie Home!

We are the Skaggs family (Trey, Heather, Jones & Anna Joy) and we are in the process of bringing our little girl (Mary Olivia... Ollie for short) home from China! As you might know, international adoption is a lengthy process that includes substantial paperwork and even more substantial funding!
Here is a little info about our family:
Trey currently serves on the pastoral leadership team at First United Methodist Church as the Director of Student Ministries and when Heather is not at home with the kids, she also works as a children's ministry assistant at our church. Jones is 5-1/2 and Anna Joy is almost 3. Both embody the fullness of what it means to be "pure boy" with a "pure princess" little sister. We created this "gofundme" site because we need your prayers and partnership in bringing Ollie home. As of today, she is one of the millions of orphans in China needing a home.... and we are prepared to do whatever it takes to get her into our arms as soon as possible!
Its almost a touch embarrassing to ask for help, but unfortunately we do not have an abundance of financial resources to fund the full cost of the adoption. Thus far we've paid around $7,000 in home study and agency fees, and are seeking whatever assistance you might give to help us reach the additional $27,000 needed to get Ollie home.... and please know that all support, no matter how small a donation, makes a difference in bringing Ollie home.
In the event that you cannot financially assist with this effort, that is ok... you can help with your prayers. The Skaggs family believes in The Gospel of Jesus Christ and the power of prayer. We also believe that the Lord sustains us as we seek to faithfully live out his calling on lives. James 1:27 states that pure and lasting religion in the eyes of our Lord is to care for the ophans and the widows in their time of need and to obstain from conforming to the ways of the world. As we seek to be faithful to his calling upon our lives, your prayers for Ollie's health and wellbeing as well as those who are currently caring for her are greatly apprecaited.
