A few days before the tragic flooding in Louisiana, I had to call an ambulance for my honey.

It turned out his pulmonary fibrosis was really kicking his butt. His oxygen levels had dropped to 52%. If you know about oxygenation, in your blood you're supposed to have 100%.

So on August 9th, he was admitted to St Elizabeth ICU. He fought a hard fight for 24 days. Unfortunately, he lost his battle early Saturday morning (Sept 3rd) and passed peacefully in his sleep.

I am a very prideful woman and Gary and I never asked anyone for anything. Except now I have to swallow my pride and ask. Please. If y'all can, please help me. His funeral costs are more than I can handle with all the other expenses from the flooding.

Anything y'all can spare would be greatly appreciated.
