Dawn Ortiz a Spring Hills Somerset family member Wellness Nurse for over 12 years has been devastated with grade 3 an aggressive cancer. Over the past 12 years she committed herself to caring for the community and other immediate family members. Dawn's cancer diagnosed has inhibited her from working, thereby causing an extreme medical hardship.   Please join in our effort to support our family member who has so often been there to support others.
