My Name is Dale Farnworth

My 32 year old son Curtis was recently diagnosed with AML. A type of leukemia which is very aggressive and extreamly high risk. The first few days in the hospital were spent fighting to stay alive. Total of 35 days hospitalized for initial chemo treatment. Two more rounds of consolidation chemo have been completed and a second hospital stay. Hopefully in October he will be headed to Seattle to go through a bone marrow transplant. This will be at least a 4 month journey.

His wife, Amie, and 5 year old daughter Elizabeth have been doing their best to deal with all the struggles and stresses that come along. Curtis will be unable to work for some time so bills are one of those stresses. A donation of any kind can help lessen that stress so that the family can focus on what is important.

As a father I never figured I would be sitting here watching my child go through such a horrible illness. I and my family are doing everything in our power to help but we are stretched thin. So any help would be considered a blessing.
