On September 1st at 1:15 am a beautiful young 18 year old boy named Dylan Edwards succumbed to Graft-Versus-Host Disease and left us.
He was way too young and far too nice to have had to endure what he did for so long. He suffered from Cancer since he was just a young boy and then after beating that contracted Graft-Versus-Host  which ruled his life with pain and misery for many years. His single mother Noel and older brother David have had an extremely difficult time over the years traveling to treatments and at his side 24 hours a day. It saddens me deeply to have watched it unfold. I have been friends with this family for about 8 years and I do not ever remember seeing Dylan healthy. David has been working for me for 5 years and is a very hard working young man I am proud to know. I am grateful to my higher power for showing me this story and allowing me to learn from it. With that said this small and unnoticed family in our community is not effluent and has no insurance to pay for Dylan's final expenses and a small amount of breathing room in regards to family expenses. Please help this deserving family if you are able to.
