My name is Kenneth Wilson, and I am appealing to you on behalf of a close friend and trusted colleague, Fred Trahan.  Fred and I work together at BridgeHead Software, headquartered in Ashtead, UK, with a US presence in Woburn, MA.  We are co-workers in the Technical Support department and work remotely from our homes.  I am based out of San Antonio, TX, and Fred lives in the water ravaged area of Denham Springs, LA.  

As many of you may have heard, there was a devastating flood in Louisiana that caused massive human suffering and untold property damage.  Fred and family (wife, daughter aged 19, son aged 13, three pets (two shih tzus and a poodle)) fell prey to the natural disaster.  When the event intially occurred, Fred immediately set out to relocate his family pets to a safe location, walking through refuse laden water in the process.  Fred later returned to survey the damage and was crushed by the level of destruction.  The Trahans are in the process of trying to rebuild their home and their lives, but could use our help.

Your donation will be used to help the Trahan family rebuild and refurnish their home, and to get back to some semblance of normal life.  The funds will go directly to the family as I only have involvement from an setup/administrative perspective.  The Trahan family would be appreciative of any assistance, and, as Fred’s friend, so would I on his behalf!
