A Grave for Sean
Donation protected
My name is Andrew Free along with Sean's brother, David Renton and friend Alex Quigley, we aim to raise the rest of the money required for work to begin and be completed for the grave of Sean Renton.

It was in march 2015 that for all who love Sean, our lives would change forever at his loss. Sean was 15 years old and his death has been the hardest thing to cope with, for his friends and for his family. Sean Renton was a young man who was popular, well liked by many because of who Sean was. Sean is the type of kid who spoke to everyone, helped his mates through struggle and never ever had a bad word to say about anyone. He was 15 but Sean had the compassion and wisdom of a person much older.
Sean's grave has settled and is now ready for the grave stone and slab to be organised. We only now wait for enough funds to complete this task. Sean's School, Sunbury College have raised the first part of this money with the support of the students and their families. The money we raise will also go to the stonemason for the work to begin. Any funds that are left over we will then donate to an organisation called ‘The Mindspace’, which help many people who are dealing with mental issues such as anxiety and depression.
By being able to do this, we aim to help Sean's family by taking away the burden of meeting this unexpected cost. Personally I knew Sean for a number of years and his was an inspiration to me. I am doing this out of respect and love for him. It's the only way now I can show my loyalty. The wounds, the pain and the numbness are still raw after seventeen months. Sean’s lose has left big holes in many lives and that’s more of a tribute to him than anything. We visit him every few days and the grave gets a visit still most days from school friends and family
In times of great pain, everyday people never stop amazing me how how kind and generous they are. I know with your support that everyone who loves Sean will be very greatful. This is about respecting the memory of a beautiful human being and also go towards the healing of those that miss him everyday. In the end there is so much we can say about Sean however there are no real words that could ever express how amazing he was.
