Emergency Medical Bills

***UPDATE***

Michael is home now recovering from surgery. He’s dealing with some expected pain, but overall is doing well.

That said, the medical bills are piling up, so if you can do anything to assist, it would be greatly appreciated. Or perhaps you can share this post so perhaps others that see it might feel led to donate.

*ORIGINAL POST*** This past week was a terrifying time for Sarah and Michael. Michael was rushed to the hospital and spent multiple days in ICU while doctors tried to determine what happened with Michael's heart. It turns out that he has heart arrhythmia (which is very serious) and was fortunate that Sarah responded as quickly as she did because he was very close to dying.

As a family (and friends), we are incredibly thankful Michael is still with us. Needless to say, Michael has a long road to recovery and the medical bills are going to be very extensive (even with insurance coverage). If you are in a position to donate, please know that you are donating to a someone that is always the first in line to help others. A week in the ICU is very expensive, not to mention the surgery that is to follow.
