I have been going to Leo Carrillo Since 2004  when my older brother became a Park Ranger.  Leo Carrillo was our summer vacation for almost 15 years. My heart is broken for everyone affected especially  Several State Park employees; the same people charged with protection, preservation, maintenance and now reconstruction of our beloved state park lands; have lost their homes in the Woolsey Fire. Large parts of Leo Carrillo and Malibu Creek State Parks have been completely destroyed by the conflagration leaving at least Five Angeles District/Malibu Sector employees homeless. And now these same individuals must return to work to protect and rebuild while still trying to find a place to live. Please join me in helping these dedicated and brave souls to rebuild both the parks and their lives. I cannot imagine losing everything and still having to go to work. These funds will be divided evenly between those affected.
