For the last year, it's been a dream of mine to go to the World Cup of Hockey in September 2016.
However, in July 2016 my grandma was diagnosed with colon, liver, and lung cancer. My family and I would do anything to help cure her and since her diagnosis have totally focused our time and money on supporting her health / well-being.
I realize my dream of going to Canada is expensive and not that important enough to ask my parents to fund -- compared to supporting my grandma's health -- so I started this page to fund my World Cup trip.
More importantly, I will donate 50% of the proceeds to the American Cancer Society, as they continue to look for a cure for people like my grandma and others.
