It's been three months since I lost my last job. I've been looking and interviewing strenuously. Still nothing. My unemployment and income from driving for Lyft is not meeting all the necessary expenses. I am about to be three months behind on the mortgage on my home of 15 years. I am working with my mortgage company on a modification but as of yet had no success. I don't want to do this. As many of you know, I am a very proud person and feel badly that I have to do this especially since I asked   many of you to help out my very ill nephew but I am at the end of my rope.
