Jarek was rushed to our hospital the morning of August 30th and was flown to Texas Children's Hospital where fought for his life. After a fought hard battle, Jarek passed away on Sept 1st.

The parents has had difficult times with getting Jarek on board with insurances companies so Jarek is currently uninsured and all medical and funeral will be out of pocket.

They are needing to raise as much funds as possible to meet the bills that will soon be coming along with his life support treatment, funeral arrangements and transportation cost.
