hello my name is anthony danile siwinski i was born on 02/19/1988 i am 28 years old i grew up in a single mother home raised by my mother tammie siwinski. Me and my two sisters grew up in government housing and lived on foodstamps. We went to donation bins for cloths and shoes. Even though we never had much we had eachother and our love and memorys. we had alot of help from my grandma and uncle without them i dont know where we would be now. flash forward it is now 2016 i am living with that very same uncle and grandma :) and i am going to school at south suburban college for human services. i want to help and serve others i want to help young adults with mental ilness and drug addictons.  I have a seven year old daughter alexia ella siwinski she is seven years old and just started second grade she was born on 04/11/2009 from 2009 to 2013 me and my mom raised and had my daughter every week day weekend and holiday. At the time her other grandma cindy had a difficult schedule at the post office and couldnt keep up with the care of an infant toddler. Kristen  was running around she never had my daughter more then thirty days at a time ever her whole life. During that period kristen went to jail for felony check forgery she went to rehab for cocaine she lost her apartment to druggs and gave up her second daughter stella for adoption because she was unfit and unable to care for alexia. My daughter is my heart and soul my reason for living and the reason i keep going.  2013 my mother was getting married and started married life and cindys schedule changed at the post office i had graduated from jobcorps and moved in with my same grandma to start my college career, to better my life for my child. Kristen  was married to dan peterson at the time and was living in mattson addicted to herion. My daughter then moved from my moms to cindys her other grandmas. Since 2013 i have saved every reciept have hours of memorys on video hundreds of pictures and have been with my daughter every weeknd since she moved to cindys. I am now at the point were kristen is not in her daughters life still, and im being dictated by my daughters grandma who has no rights when i can see my daughter it makes me physically ill and breaks my heart because when me and my mom had her we would never dictate and act that way to them. Kristen  and cindy have been making it hell for me at every step and im fed up with it and i am now going to find a lawyer and take kristen to court for full custody of my daughter. The money will be used to fund lawyers and court fees through this process i need an excellent lawyer because it will get costly.
