We are raising funds for Texarkana Homeless Coalition's Bridge City Project. The purpose of our team comprised of Jane Portis, Kim Meeks, and Cathy Smith, is to raise enough money to fund two $1800 scholarships to Texarkana College. This would allow a person who is homeless to pursue a certification or degree. Please help.
