THE WOOD FAMILY 
My name is Sarah Simkins and I am starting this fund for my family who woke up on 8/31/16 to devastating news. This morning around 3:43 AM my aunt, uncle, and cousin were awakened by a house fire. Luckily all members of my family are unharmed but are still forced to face the hard reality of losing almost everything. My cousin Jacob, whom just started middle school yesterday, is now trying to figure out what he will wear to school tomorrow and all other days ahead of him. My aunt and uncle will also face their own challenges, such as finding items to wear to work along with finding basic necessities. The aftermath of this terrible tragedy breaks my heart. As I see a house that I nearly grew up in destroyed, I begin to feel sick. As they try to piece things back together, I hope that anyone reading this will be generous enough to donate to my family. My heart hurts thinking about what my family at home is going through and will continue to go through these next few months. Please donate any small amount because theses small amounts can add up to make a huge difference.
