Hello to all of my beautiful friends, and to the friends of my mama, Lisa.
For those if you who don't know, this amazing woman - mother, grandmother to two beautiful baby girls, sister, niece, cousin and friend - has cancer and was given 12 months left with us. This was 4 months ago. She is only 57 years old and has SO much life left in her. She should be around to share precious moments with her baby granddaughters.
She has tried surgery, chemo (twice), radiation, and a host of natural therapies. There is one remaining one that we have learnt about, the Gerson Institute, that has had remarkable results. Today we found out that she has been accepted into the Gerson Institute, however, sending her to the clinic in Mexico, with a treatment partner costs a fair amount, so we wanted to try and raise SOME of it to help us out, and this is where we are HUMBLY asking for your help.
The family has pulled together to help Mom thus far, and will continue to do so until the fat lady sings, so to speak. She is our mom, our everything.
For those of you who are able to help in any tiny way, we would be forever grateful to you.
