On June 22, Justin suffered a fall from a second story window. The impact fractured six of his ribs and he tore his aorta. The result from these complicated injuries has left him in critical condition for the past 10 days. Due to the severity of the impact, his lower right arm had to be amputated. He is showing slow, yet steady progress and we are hoping this week his condition will improve from critical to stable.
Justin is a single father to a 13 year old daughter, Kaya and his handsome pup, Walter. Justin has worked hard to give his daughter the best life possible. He is an Event Venue Production Specialist at Napa Valley Film Festival, an AV Technician and a house painter.
His recovery is going to be slow and uncertain. Once he heals and begins to be independent again, he is going to need assistance with housing and many unforeseen expenses. We are hoping to alleviate some of his financial burdens so he is able to heal and focus on reclaiming his beautiful life with Kaya and Walter.
