Please Help Us Save Bailey's Life

Donation protected
Hello everyone. Today was one of the hardest days of our lives. Tommy and I have discovered that our beloved dog Bailey has a serious myocarditis. He's been experiencing premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) and they still aren't sure why. He is currently being hospitalized and undergoing treatments and needs testing by both internal and cardiology specialists in order to save his life. You can only imagine how much this is costing us and will continue to cost over the next few days. This has come as a sudden shock to us as Bailey has been a healthy, extremely active, healthy boy since we adopted him into our family as a little ball of fluff from Kansas when he was 12 weeks old.

As many of you know, I am in the process of completing my graduate degree in Occupational Therapy at Stockton Univeristy. Pursuing my dream means I'm already $80,000 in debt and unable to work a full time job last year, and for the next year and a half.

For those of you who don't know, Tommy was just accepted into graduate school beginning this fall at Rutgers University to pursue his dream in global sports business, leaving him in a similar financial position.

We tried to apply for the pet care credit card but as neither of us make enough income per month we were denied. So that means we need to come up with the money in order to save our precious Bailey boy.

I recently wrote an article about my sweet Bailey that went viral, reaching over 12,000 share and views. It seems special to me now that so many people around the country were able to relate to and read about my relationship with my him. But despite the wide audience my love for him reached, it still does not come close to the love I feel in my heart and soul for him.  It cannot be quantified. He is our entire world. We have cared for him since he was 12 weeks old and just the thought of loosing him at only 5 years old makes me numb inside. I came home from the hospital tonight, having to leave him there scared and afraid, and curled up on his bed and sobbed my eyes out. I pray my heart and soul isn't taken away from me at just 5 years old.

We wish we didn't have to ask our friends, family, and loved ones for help, but we see no other option in this extremely stressful and unbearable time, especially with grauduate school beginning in a week.

Please help us save the life of our handome, loving, loyal, best friend. Even 5$ would mean the world to us. For those of you who cannot help out finanically but are thinking of us and keeping us in your thoughts, THANK YOU.  Thank you everyone. <3

All our love,
Alex & Tommy
