Hands in the Air

Only someone who has been affected by cancer understands that the "C word" often means a new normal, a new way of life. Appointments, scares, trips to hospital, feeling bad, overwhelmed, fear and even new joy in the midst of the crisis. I'm in awe each time I read Roz's posts and how she has maintainted the most amazing spirit while caring for Mike and Jameson, working two jobs and managing the day to day of cancer treatments and the emotion that it brings.
I looked today at the 175 "likes" and more comments than I could load from her post of only 3 hours. We all want to do SOMETHING for this sweet family. So at the risk of her being upset with me, I decided to go ahead and start a page to support them. No pressure....just a place for those who feel helpless to be able to help.
