Robert, aka Bobby aka D-OH is leaving San Francisco.  I know, I am shocked and choking back tears as well. 
He has lived in his beloved City since 1974 and uttered Gurrrrrrrrrrrrl  5, 698, 000 times.
His sudden decision to move to Ft. Lauderdale was a difficult one.   It was after a trip last month to the East Coast  where his "other friends" and family convinced him that it was time to consider his health and happiness and overall well- being and leave where the sun sets and get thee to where the sun rises.
He has not had time to plan or prepare for this move ,  mentally or financially, so I thought we could help him with at least some of the finance part.
Robert has profoundly blessed my life.  I got to count him as a friend, work with him, learn so much from him, be amazed by him and his HUGE blues and his storied life.  And Laugh my ass off with him!
I think it is safe to say that we All can appreciate what a blessing it is  to have Robert in our lives.
He doesn't want a party.   So in lieu of that I am hoping we can all help to ensure him a graceful exit from the City by the Bay.
And we'll  pick up where we left off on the other coast.
