Help my fiancè get out of russia

Hey my name is Denis and I need your help. Well a friend of mine needs your help.

I have a partner in Russia that is trying to emigrate to a different country. Tho i do have a place for them to stay and live neither me nor they have the funds got get them a plane ticket and the belongings they need to take with them over to where they need to go.

They have talked to some charities that supposedly help with that but since They have not been in the army (because for some reason that is a requirement) they have been denied help from them.

We have both looked at what plane tickets would cost for them as well as how much it would cost for the documents and things that need to be sent over mail and it came to around 1000€

So I am reaching out to get some help from the internet to give a good person a new and better chance in life.
