Help us keep our home while healing ❤️‍

Hello, my name is Ashley Eddins. On November 13, 2022, my 17 year old high school senior Ariana was struck by a van while crossing Baltimore Pike after leaving work. During the accident she broke her pelvis in 6 places, fractured her left fibula and right knee, and broke her right elbow. She also suffered a skull fracture, concussion and memory loss of the actual event. She has had extensive surgery to repair both her pelvis and her elbow and is healing. She will need many many months of hospitalization and inpatient rehabilitation in order to regain her ability walk and do every day functions to care for herself. Due to her ongoing medical needs, I will be taking a leave of absence from work to assist in her 24/7 care while she fights through this healing process as well as virtual learning so we can get her walking across the stage to get her diploma in June. I only have 3 weeks of PTO from my job before I will be on leave without pay but a mama has to do what a mama has to do. I am asking for assistance with monthly bills such as rent, electric and phone bills so when all the inpatient therapies are done, Ariana will still have her room to come home to and will continue to have that while she goes through home care and continues to heal. This will be a 4-6 month process at least so this is just the beginning. Anything donated will go directly to bills, food and transportation needs.
