Hello Everyone, My name is Chubs. My real name is Patrick, but everyone calls me Chubs. My Mommy & Daddy is Lisa & Pat. I'm four years old. I'm going to be four years old for now on, because now I'm an Angel. You see, on Sunday, April 14th, 2013, I was in an accident that took me away from my Mommy & Daddy, and sisters, Taylor & Morgan, and the rest of my Family.
I was visiting with my Grandma & Grandpa in Kentucky when the accident happened. My Mommy & Daddy live in Michigan. Mommy & Daddy didn't have life insurance for me. But who would have known to have life insurance for a four year old?
So now, I have one more job here on earth. My last job is to help my Mommy & Daddy to raise enough money for all my funeral expenses. Can you help me - help them please?

Please don't mourn for me. I'm not in pain. I'm still a happy little boy, and now being held in the loving arms of my Great Grandma!
