Help Me Get "On My Feet Again"

Please help.
I'm a sever diabetic with neuropathy in both legs and feet. I have developed a diabetic ulcer on my right foot big toe. It cannot heal unless I am able to stay off the foot as much as possible. The work I do at the moment does not allow for this, as it is very physically demanding. I have short term disability that I can take, but it pays 60% of my base pay. That equals $6 an hour. I simply cannot survive on this amount and be able to pay bills and medical expenses.
As you can see, the entire toe is swollen and infected...as is my entire right foot. I am hoping not lose the toe. But I cannot push and pull heavy pallets, lift heavy object, and stay on my feet 8 hours a night and still expect it to heal.
I am asking for help with this issue, as I feel I've run out of options and I need to heal badly. The amount I've included represents what I would need to cover my rent (which cannot be met on $6/hr) and some medical necessities for 6 months...which I believe I need to heal properly (and was suggested by a doctor I take)
