Lasley Vela is 21 and has been fighting leukemia since she was 13. She recently discovered her cancer had come back for the third time. They discovered the cancer in a tumor on her optic nerve and now in her bone marrow. She has to travel 6 hours one way for all her doctors appointments and treatment. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy in the children's hospital in Sioux Falls, SD for an entire month. This is putting a financial hardship on the family.
