Knee replacement surgery

I need have to have double knee replacement surgery. In 1986, my surgeon advised me that I had the knees of an 80 year old man. I was 34 years old, too young for the surgery. I am now 64 and still need to have both knees replaced. I have health insurance, but I have only been on my job for less than 2 years. Between the high deductible and out of pocket costs, a long with no pay for a minimum of 30 days, I need help.
My wife and I have been through a lot over the last 10 years. I was laid off from the company I worked for 2 years ago. In 2008, my wife had breast cancer and she has had 2 surgeries this year. We have a lot of medical bill, as I had unsuccessful rotator cuff surgery in 2009. Yes, we have and had health insurance, but insurance companies do not always cover what the doctor orders.
I am quite embarrassed to be reaching out like this, but I want to be able to play with my grandson who is pictured. My goal is to have the surgery in early 2017. Any help will be appreciated.
