Hi my name is Ismajl Berisha. Many people know me by Miles. I'm a 30 year old bar and restaurant manager. I was recently diagnosed with Stage IV Metastic Melanoma. I am raising money to help with my medical bills and expenses while I am in treatment since I am unable to work. I am fighting for my life to beat this horrible disease.
