Support Brandon's Triple Bypass Recovery
Donation protected
I know this is a long read but if you take the time to read and donate we appreciate it so much! I hate asking for help but we are out of options and I need to be by my husband's side helping him recover!
Unfortunately, Our world has been turned upside down this week. My husband, our main provider, had a second heart attack. Brandon called me Wednesday morning at work around 10 that I needed to come home he couldnt catch his breathe and was having chest pains after weed eating our property that morning. So I left work. Before I even got home he decided we were going to the hospital with how bad he felt. We got here at 11. By 2 they decided he was going to be admitted for the night for observation for a possible heart cath thursday. They have done multiple ekgs and echos, a chest xray, blood work, and they gave him a nitro pill. The nitro pill made his blood pressure drop really bad and he got hot and sweaty and nauseous. But it did relieve some tightness in his chest. A normal triponin heart enzyme normal level is under 20 and by the morning of his heart cath his levels were in the 28,000s. CRAZY! The doctors were hoping his levels would level off and start going back down sometime through the night but that didn't happen unfortunately they were still rising. The doctors did a heart cath Thursday hoping that there would only be one or two blockages and they would be able to place stents. Unfortunately, we got bad news. He had 3 arteries that were each 100% blocked and stents weren't an option anymore. So jump to Monday and he had open heart triple bypass this morning. Thankfully he made it through the surgery and is recovering. Brandon has a long road to recovery. He will be going to cardiac therapy three times a week and will need constant help recovering so unfortunately I wont be going back to work right away and he will be out of work for at least three months. We are already worried about money, our household bills, and medical bills. Anything would help our family! Thank you!!
