Two nights ago, a stolen vehicle being pursued by NOPD crashed into the Sea Cave Arcade where Ray was working the door.
The vehicle struck his body at 55mph and pushed him through the brick building. He suffered extensive orthopedic and internal injuries.
He is in the Trauma ICU receiving 24-hour medical assistance and care. He has been operated on already and is in line for several more surgeries to repair his dozens of broken bones and to mitigate massive blood loss.
Ray is the strongest person I know and he is fighting hard, but we have a long road ahead of us.
Please consider donating to help with his medical expenses/rent/bills etc. during this time of need and uncertainty.
