Helping The Hathaway's

Our family grew by two in October of 2013.  We never thought twice when the phone call came...  Keeping Christine  and Douglas together was just as important then as it is today!
  Once contact was made with Christine's biological father, we were honest about her story on how she came to live with us. We have encouraged a relationship with her biological father and grandparents. We have even allowed  visitation  without the need of the courts' involvement. Now after three visits, her biological father has served us with custody papers.
   It is our desire, as a family, to keep Christine and Douglas together and continue to help them heal both physically and emotionally from early childhood trauma. Separating the two of them would only cause more emotional harm.
    First, our family needs your prayers for this custody journey we have been handed. If you feel lead to help us with the expenses during this time, we would be so grateful!
