Emergency heart transplant

Earlier this year, during a trip to Agadir, I had the good fortune to meet Zakaria, who showed us around the city with incredible kindness throughout our stay. He was so humble and warm-hearted, even inviting us to his home for a lovely lunch one afternoon despite his low income. We've kept in touch since our visit, and Zakaria has always been so thoughtful, regularly checking in on us. However, recently, he reached out with some heart-wrenching news: his father's heart condition has worsened dramatically, and he urgently needs a heart operation. Coming from a low-income background, Zakaria has already sold many of his possessions to try and raise the necessary funds, but he's still falling short. In desperation, he turned to me for help.
