Ryan's mobility device
GOAL IS MET NO MORE DONATIONS PLEASE! :)
Sometimes things happen that you couldn't possibly be prepared for. My partner, who this is about, is an example of this. Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2013, the last two and a half years has shown us time and time again, that there are an incredible array of obstacles to overcome in so many ways. Ryan has shown nothing but positiveness and strength in handling this insidious disease, but sometimes you run into road blocks that you need a hand to overcome. Ryan has been trying to get a mobility device approved, he's been waiting for months now. Apparently insurance either sees no rush to approve something that would so vastly improve his quality of life, or they are not going to. We've learned getting answers is sometimes the equivalent of Hobbits hiking to toss away cursed jewelry. We have decided to try for help from people who have more sense and heart than said bureaucratic
Sauron-types. There is no reason for a 45 year old man who does not want to be housebound, STAY housebound any longer when there is a $1500.00 solution. This mobility device would be a life changer for sure... give a hand? Our thanks for any and all help that anyone's willing to give. We never wanted to be here, we never wanted to be doing any of this, but we are, and so we will do whatever we can to keep up this fight against MS.
