Wednesday, August 17th, 2016 will be a night my baby sister and brother-in-law will always remember. Their home started on fire.
Officer Brandon Johnson, along with his wife Rachelle and 3 daughters, Aubrey 7, Avery 3, Haevyn 2 watched as the WFR fought to put out the fire that had started in their basement and threatened to take everything they owned. Brandon and Rachelle's bedroom along with the washer and dryer were in the basement causing them to lose all of their clothing.
It was strange seeing Rachelle's number pop up on my phone so late in the day. Rachelle NEVER calls, she always texts so I knew something was up. But when she told me their house was on fire my thoughts went straight to my neices. . .
There has been so much love and support of these 2 amazing people. Everyone asking how they can help, what can they do, what do they need. Rachelle told me today when they stopped over "IT'S CRAZY! I got tons of friend requests and messeges. I'm so overwhelmed!"

This is one way for our fabulous community to help this loving family. These funds will go Brandon and Rachelle to take care of current needs while they straighten things out and help rebuild what they have lost.
