Support Katie's Continuation to Health and Happiness

Hello,

My name is Katie.

I don’t have a super fantastic, heartwarming story, but I do need some help.

This last year, I lost my boyfriend Jake and father Bob within a week of each other, which is a terrible thing all at once. It affected my mental health to where I lost hours at work and had to eventually leave my management job to handle my grief.

My father and Jake were huge support systems for me, every day.

Navigating the last 7 lonely months, and finally getting major headway in my recovery journey at the same time… while dealing with a major chunk of my income being gone… things have just gotten really difficult.

I have filled out applications for community advocate programs and tried all my resources, but we know how long those things can take.

So long story short, I’m behind in my rent and my electric is about to go. I just need to get current, and the stress of this all is a lot when trying to stay sober and really make this happen for myself… once and for all.

this summer I have two jobs that I just acquired, at the Brewers stadium and also working at the bike rental spot down by the lake. With this help getting started, I know I’ll have no problem keeping up after.
