Joe's Medical expenses

My 13 year old nephew was diagnosed this past Tuesday with Type 1 Diabetes. Joe was not feeling good on Monday evening and continued to get worse. My sister took him to the doctor’s office on Tuesday and they rushed him by ambulance to the emergency room when they had a hard time locating his pulse because it was so weak. Later that day he was diagnosed and his life has been forever changed.

Joe is a happy go lucky kid who loves the outdoors and playing with his siblings. Joe remains in the hospital and will until he can get a better handle on his blood sugar.  The family is adjusting to the new life style that will now be a part of all of their lives forever.  

Our family does not often ask for help; however the medical bills are mounting fast and Joe does not have health insurance at this time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We all thank you each in advanced.
