A very dear friend of mine, Soronia Drayton, became very ill last week. This woman never gets sick, so the extent of her illness is shocking.

She went into the hospital on Sunday, August 14, 2016 after visiting the ER/urgent care on multiple occasions. Upon getting to the ER on Sunday, she was placed in ICU. By the next day, she was placed on life support.

As of today (Sunday, August 21, 2016) she remains on a ventilator. Although her condition is highly critical, she seems to be stabilizing and moving in the right direction. We have wonderful doctors and MANY powerful prayers that we can thank for that. She has an incredible family that has been by her side through the whole ordeal.

She has a long and hard road in front of her. She is going to have extensive medical bills and she is losing wages not just from one job, but two. She is a single mother that works tirelessly. She's always caring for others, and does so with a smile on her face. I don't want to see her wake up and then face the additional tragedy of catastrophic financial situation. Her daughters are also losing wages due to their devotion to their mother. They sit with her day and night.

If you can please find it in your heart to help, it would be immensely appreciated. This woman is loved by so many. She brings light and laughter to all those she touches.
