York Benjamin Hendrix was born on August 15th, 2016 to Ben & Nicki Hendrix. He joined God in Heaven on Thursday August 25th, 2016. York was in his mom and dad's arms when he passed away peacefully and not in pain. York was such a strong and brave fighter. We would like to thank everyone who has been praying. There has been such an out pouring of love and support for York, Ben, and Nicki and the entire family. It is very much appreciated. We ask that you continue to pray for Ben and Nicki and everyone that was touched by York. Pray for comfort, peace, and the ability to lean on one another for strength. The days ahead will not be easy, but we will be strong and brave and keep fighting just as York did. Our hearts are heavy and breaking, but we hope York has touched your life in some way over the last week and a half.

In lieu of flowers we would rather have your precious gift in the form of a donation on this page which will be collected here and given to Saint Louis Children's Hospital in York's honor. We are unsure of where the funds will go directly within the hospital, once decided we will share on this page where they went.

We hope that you hold your kids a little tighter tonight, love your family even deeper than before, and or just fight and be brave like York was every day.

We will be celebrating York's life on Sunday (8/28/16) with a Visitation from 5:00pm-9:00pm. The Visitation will be held at Meadow Heights Church in Fredericktown, MO.

We will have a Visitation/Service to celebrate York's life on Monday at Meadow Heights Church in Fredericktown, MO. Visitation will begin at 10:00am and the Service will begin at 11:00am.
