My name is Tabitha Norman, and I live in Baton Rouge, LA. I am trying to raise money for my brother, Daniel Norman, because his house and belongings were damaged by  the Louisiana Flood of 2016. I am hoping to raise money for him to buy a travel trailer to live in while he is rebuilding. Housing in the area is scarce, and this is the best opton.
